I’ve always had a soft spot for old film cameras. I collect them from auctions, estate sales, wherever I can find a piece of history that still has a story to tell. The Minolta SRT 101 was one of those finds.
Shooting film has taught me something I didn’t expect — to slow down. To really think about why I want to take a shot. It’s made me more intentional about composition, more aware of light, and more present in the moment. And the best part? That mindset carries over when I shoot digital. These little film experiments are quietly shaping the way I see through any lens.
In this video, I take the SRT 101 out for a spin and show you the results. Whether you're into vintage gear or just curious how film can sharpen your craft, this one's for you.
